Sicilia IGP 特級初榨橄欖油

原產地: 產品產自義大利。
Cutrera IGP 西西里是由 Biancolilla 和 Nocellara del Belice 品種的橄欖製成。源自海拔 150-350 米,位於西西里島西部和中東部,向南的橄欖園。

採收: 手工採摘。從 10 月 1 日到 11 月 15 日。

萃取: 僅採用機械方式,在最新一代的 4.0 技術連續循環壓榨機中進行,兩階段萃取,不添加水並在受控溫度「冷榨」下進行。

外觀: 深綠色
香氣: 中等強度,帶有朝鮮薊、剛割過的草和新鮮香草的花香。
風味/香氣: 強烈,帶有苦味和持久的辛辣感。

使用: 適用於蔬菜湯、醃製魚類、湯品、牛肉生薄片、蔬菜蘸醬。

Origin: Product of Italy.
Cutrera IGP Sicily is made from olives of the Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice varieties. Sourced from olive groves located at an altitude of 150–350 meters in western and central-eastern Sicily, facing south.

Harvest: Hand-picked. From October 1st to November 15th.

Extraction: Processed exclusively by mechanical means in a state-of-the-art continuous-cycle 4.0 technology crusher, using a two-phase extraction method without adding water and under controlled "cold extraction" temperatures.

Appearance: Deep green.
Aroma: Medium intensity, with notes of artichoke, freshly cut grass, and floral hints of fresh herbs.
Flavor/Aroma: Bold, with a bitter note and a persistent spiciness.

Usage: Suitable for vegetable soups, marinated fish, broths, beef carpaccio, and vegetable dips.
