退換貨之依現行法律規範
行政院消費者保護處研擬「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」,預定自105年1月1日起施行,未來易於腐敗商品、依消費者要求所為之客製化給付、已拆封之影音商品或已拆封之個人衛生用品等,經業者告知消費者將排除7日解除權時,將不再適用消費者保護法(以下簡稱消保法)第19條規定之7日解除權。「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」規範重點如下:
一、 準則第2條:通訊交易之商品或服務有下列情形之一,並經企業經營者告知消費者將排除消保法第19條第1項規定解除權之適用者,屬排除7日解除權之合理例外情事:
1、 易於腐敗、保存期限較短或解約時即將逾期。
2、 依消費者要求所為之客製化給付。
3、 報紙、期刊或雜誌。
4、 經消費者拆封之影音商品或電腦軟體。
5、 非以有形媒介提供之數位內容或一經提供即為完成之線上服務,經消費者事先同意始提供。
6、 已拆封之個人衛生用品。

歐陸食材小舖的生菜、香草等商品都是在收到訂單後,農場的農民們才會為您採收。這些生鮮食品一經寄出,恕不接受因個人主觀因素(香氣、大小、甜度、色澤、口感、不喜歡、不好吃)辦理退換貨,或是收到商品時意願降低、臨時取消。因此,非商品瑕疵恕無法為您辦理退換貨,下單前請務必考慮、詢問清楚!
乳製品類:

食品或生鮮商品屬消耗性商品,商品屬性特殊或有保存期限等問題,故冷凍冷藏類食材一律售出後概不接受退貨,訂購時請同意此條款後做訂購,除商品本身瑕疵或運送過程而造成的損毀,才可接受您的退貨申請。一經拆封、食用、失溫及保存不良等情形而導致商品變質,則無法處理您的退換貨申請,敬請見諒

符合以下情形可申請退換貨
1. 因我司作業程序錯誤,而導致寄送的商品與訂購的商品不符。

Q:如何辦理退貨?
A:乾貨類商品如需退換貨,請在7天內來信或來電辦理。請務必保留原本宅配的紙箱及完整未開封的商品,如有贈品、產品說明、發票也請一併寄回,並且不得拆封、食用、損耗包裝材或是保存不良、失溫等狀況導致商品變質,如商品和包裝有損耗恕無法為您辦理退貨。退換貨須自行寄送自付運費
Q:我收到的商品有瑕疵或破損要怎麼辦?
A:若您收到商品後發現有損傷、撞傷,可能是因宅配過程中的碰撞或是凍傷。要麻煩您一經發現問題,請於收貨2小時內拍照存證並立即與來電告知,我們需要請宅配公司前往收回,並且幫我們拍照(請清楚拍攝商品破損、有問題的地方至少2~3張)傳到Little italy 綫上商店Line,以便安排後續退換貨處理,我們會有專人為您處理

A:若因退貨造成訂單純商品金額未達購物免運費標準,仍將於退貨退款時扣除原訂單之物流費,免運費標準請依網站之各項商品免運費條件或行銷公告為依據。

網站全商品滿$2500免運,但因為退貨造成無法達到免運門檻,將從商品價格中扣除常溫或低溫運費後予以退費
Q: 貨物已寄出,我還沒收到產品,但我不想要訂購的商品了
A: 商品寄出後,買方無故退訂,因為商品寄出宅配費用已產生,買方需自付運費,Little Italy 綫上商店扣除常溫運費$90、冷凍冷藏運費$150後予以匯款或線上退刷退費

Return and Exchange in accordance with current legal regulations
The Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee has drafted the "Applicable Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Sales," which took effect on January 1, 2016. Under these guidelines, certain products, such as perishable goods, customized items made to consumer specifications, unsealed audiovisual products, and unsealed personal hygiene products, are no longer subject to the 7-day right of withdrawal under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law (hereinafter referred to as the CPL), provided that the seller has informed the consumer of this exclusion. The key points of the "Applicable Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Sales" are as follows:
Article 2: The following goods or services in distance sales, upon the seller’s notification to the consumer that the right of withdrawal under Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the CPL is excluded, constitute reasonable exceptions to the 7-day right of withdrawal:
Goods that are perishable, have a short shelf life, or are nearing expiration at the time of withdrawal.
Customized goods made according to consumer specifications.
Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines.
Unsealed audiovisual products or computer software.
Digital content not provided in tangible form or online services that are considered completed once provided, with prior consumer consent.
Unsealed personal hygiene products.

Q: I bought the wrong item! Can I return or exchange it?

Perishable goods:
These products fall under Article 2, Item 1 of the "Applicable Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Sales" (goods that are perishable, have a short shelf life, or are nearing expiration at the time of withdrawal). Therefore, the 7-day right of withdrawal under Article 19 of the CPL does not apply. Returns are not accepted for these items. Please ensure that fresh vegetables and fruits are what you need before placing an order.
Once shipped, these perishable items cannot be returned or exchanged due to subjective reasons (such as aroma, size, sweetness, color, texture, personal preference, or taste). Returns are also not accepted if you change your mind upon receipt or cancel unexpectedly. Therefore, unless the product is defective, returns or exchanges cannot be processed. Please consider carefully and ask any questions before ordering.
Dairy products:
Dairy products fall under Article 2, Item 1 of the "Applicable Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Sales" (goods that are perishable, have a short shelf life, or are nearing expiration at the time of withdrawal). Therefore, the 7-day right of withdrawal under Article 19 of the CPL does not apply. Returns are not accepted for these items. Please ensure that dairy products are what you need before placing an order.
Frozen and refrigerated ingredients:
Frozen and refrigerated ingredients fall under Article 2, Item 1 of the "Applicable Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Sales" (goods that are perishable, have a short shelf life, or are nearing expiration at the time of withdrawal). Therefore, the 7-day right of withdrawal under Article 19 of the CPL does not apply. Returns are not accepted for these items. Please ensure that frozen and refrigerated ingredients are what you need before placing an order.
Food and perishable items are consumable products with unique attributes, such as shelf life limitations. Therefore, frozen and refrigerated items are non-returnable once sold. By placing an order, you agree to this term. Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged during shipping. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed if the product has been opened, consumed, exposed to improper temperatures, or stored improperly, leading to spoilage. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: How to process a return?
A: For dry goods, if you need to return or exchange, please contact us via email or phone within 7 days. Be sure to keep the original delivery box and the product intact and unopened. If there are free gifts, product instructions, or invoices, please also return them together. The product must not be unsealed, consumed, damaged (including packaging), improperly stored, or exposed to temperature changes causing spoilage. If the product or packaging is damaged, we regret that we cannot process the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: What should I do if the product I received is defective or damaged?
A: If you find that the product is damaged or bruised upon receipt, it may be due to impacts during delivery or frost damage. Please take photos as evidence within 2 hours of receiving the product and contact us immediately by phone. We will need to arrange for the delivery company to retrieve the product and ask you to send clear photos (at least 2–3 pictures clearly showing the damaged or problematic areas) to Little Italy’s online store Line account so we can arrange for a return or exchange. A dedicated representative will assist you.

Q: After confirming the return or exchange, how long will it take to receive the refund?
A: For non-defective product returns, after our customer service confirms receipt of the returned product, we will process the refund via r bank transfer within 7 business days.
Q: Handling situations where a return results in failure to meet the free shipping threshold:
A: If a return causes the order’s product value to fall below the free shipping standard, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. The free shipping standard is based on the conditions stated on the website or promotional announcements.
Return and refund rules:
The website offers free shipping for all orders over $2000. However, if a return causes the order to no longer meet the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee (regular or low temperature) will be deducted from the refund.
Q: The product has been shipped, but I haven’t received it yet, and I no longer want it.
A: After the product has been shipped, if the buyer cancels the order without a valid reason, the shipping fee has already been incurred. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Little Italy Online Store will deduct NTD $90 for regular shipping or NTD $200 for frozen/refrigerated shipping before processing the refund via bank transfer.
