Harvest: Hand-picked; harvested annually in October.
Extraction: Processed entirely with state-of-the-art mechanized equipment using a continuous-cycle two-phase extraction system with 4.0 technology. No water is added, and the process is carried out at controlled cold temperatures (<27°C).
